With this letter, I would like to bring to Your Excellencies’ attention Jacopo Baboni Schilingi, one of the most original composers of his generation and a teacher of considerable stature.
His musical qualities, combined with his abilities in organising musical events and performances, make him an exceptionally reliable and imaginative person who is, at the same time, practical and effective. Hoping that these words may be of help in ensuring that his candidacy is considered, I offer my most respectful and cordial greetings.
Ivan Fedele
